(headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President, Representative Director & CEO: Nozomu Tsunoda; “LegalOn Technologies”) and provides comprehensive support for all manner of legal services.

The “MORI HAMADA Library” provided by MHM on LegalOn Cloud will initially include legal content, such as templates related to M&A and international transactions, various corporate law-related documents, and accompanying explanatory articles. This service will support corporate legal practice by providing necessary forms and explanations for complex and highly specialized matters, such as M&A-related and international transactions. We believe that these resources will facilitate appropriate management of contractual risk and agile handling of complex and highly specialized matters.
