ATD Mori Hamada Welcomes Dyah Paramita as Partner

Dyah Paramita has joined ATD Law in association with Mori Hamada (ATD Mori Hamada) as a partner. This strategic step marks the expansion of ATD Mori Hamada’s capability in dispute resolution and antitrust practice, as part of ATD Mori Hamada's high-quality, valuable, and holistic legal service in Indonesia. Furthermore, Dyah adds significant expertise and experience to add to Mori Hamada’s regional and global capabilities in dispute resolution.

Dyah joins from HHP Law Firm, the Indonesia member firm of Baker McKenzie, and brings approximately 15 years of experience gained at prominent international law firms. She is qualified and licensed to practice in Indonesia and England & Wales.

She advises clients in high-stakes arbitration, litigation, regulatory enforcement, and complex investigations, with a strong emphasis on cross-border disputes. Dyah is also highly ranked in Indonesia for her specialization in antitrust and competition, managing advisory, investigation, defense, and litigation matters across various sectors, including horizontal and vertical agreements, as well as unilateral conduct. She is recognized as one of Indonesia’s top lawyers in dispute resolution and antitrust by Chambers and The Legal500.

Dyah will play a key role, along with ATD Mori Hamada partners Abadi Abi Tisnadisastra and Alfa Dewi Setiawati, in shaping the firm’s newly established dispute resolution and antitrust & competition practices, and will contribute to a range of strategic initiatives across the firm.
