Our firm, acting respectively on behalf of 399 Japanese investors and one additional investor holding Credit Suisse AT1 bonds, filed two requests for arbitration on 12 December 2025 with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) against the Swiss Confederation.
Even after the registration deadline, we have continued to receive numerous requests from Japanese investors for the formation of an additional claimant group, and we are currently examining the feasibility of establishing such a group.
