Kenji Ito has practiced Japanese antitrust laws from 2003 to 2005 in the Japan Fair Trade Commission(JFTC), the competition authority in Japan, where he has not only handled a number of antitrust cases, but also advised JFTC staff on other legal issues. Further, he has a wide range of experience in general corporate matters and various types of business transactions, in addition to civil, commercial and administrative litigation, at law firms in Japan and the United States.
