The National Association of Shinkin Banks issued "Management Policy of Conflict of Interest (Reference Examples)" and "Outline (Reference Examples)," etc., on April 22, 2009. These were arranged as part of the construction of the conflict of interest management system, which will be required from June 1, 2009 in the revised Shinkin Bank Law (Credit Union Law) and other laws related to the partial amendments of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws. These issues are based on details in the "General Supervision Guidelines for Small and Medium-Sized Regional Financial Institutes" and "General Supervision Guidelines for Financial Instruments Traders, Etc." in addition to laws related to Shinkin Bank. Daisuke Oda took part in making these reference examples amongst other activities.
