Takeshi Mukawa becomes an expert member of the Emissions Trading Subcommittee within the Global Environment Committee of the Central Environment Council of the Japanese Government

As of April 23, 2010, Takeshi Mukawa became an expert member of the Emissions Trading Subcommittee within the Global Environment Committee of the Central Environment Council of the Japanese Government, which is supervised by the Ministry of the Environment. Takeshi Mukawa takes part in the committee in charge of designing systems regarding a domestic emissions trading system.
