Thomson Reuters have announced the ‘DEALWATCH AWARDS’ for 2010, and three deals in which the firm was engaged received awards as follows:
- Euroyen Convertible Bonds due 2013 and 2015 by Unicharm Corporation (total value: JPY 80,500 million), in which the firm was engaged as legal counsel to the issuer, received Equity-linked Bond Issuer of the Year in the Equity-linked Bond Deals category.
- The Global Offering of Shares of INPEX CORPORATION (total value: approximately JPY 540 billion), in which the firm was engaged as legal counsel to the issuer, received Equity Issuer of the Year in the Equity Deals category.
- The Offering of Shares of Common Stock of MORI TRUST Sogo Reit, Inc. (total value: approximately JPY 44 billion), in which the firm was engaged as underwriting agent, received J-REIT of the Year in the Equity Deals category.
