Message from Mr. Sato
It is a great honor to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
After qualifying as an attorney in 2010, I joined Nishimura & Asahi. During the nine years and five months I practiced at that firm I worked on a diverse and wide range of legal matters, mainly in relation to J-REITs, real estate investment and financing, structured finance, real estate transactions, insurance, and financial regulation. In December 2011, I was seconded to Mitsubishi Investment Advisors, Inc. for one year and five months, where I worked in the Transaction Advisory Department and Fund Management Department. During my secondment I was deeply involved in operations from a front-line standpoint, including the establishment of domestic real estate funds, overseas real estate investments, and matters related to compliance with inspections by authorities.
At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto I look forward to serving our clients by leveraging the experience I have gained to date and further refining my expertise.
