Message from Ms. Ryoko Akizuki
It is a great honor to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
After qualifying as an attorney in 2009, I joined Takai Okazeri Law Firm. In the ten and a half years I was with that firm I was extensively involved in handling labor matters on the employer side.
In addition to providing clients with advice on general day-to-day labor matters and labor disputes with individual employees, I also have experience in addressing labor risks associated with designing human resources systems and organizational restructuring, drafting opinions for clients in connection with stock exchange listings, collective bargaining with labor unions, and large-scale collective labor disputes between employees and management (Labor Relations Commission and court trials).
At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I look forward to providing our clients with insightful advice by drawing on my experience to date, while striving to further develop my knowledge as a lawyer.
