I am a Vietnamese qualified lawyer and a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Prior to joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I worked at YKVN LLC where I was involved in a number of M&A, finance and banking transactions, including project financing in public-private partnership investment sector. I also advised a wide range of corporate and investment matters.
Thank you Mori Hamada & Matsumoto for offering me a great opportunity to develop my expertise in an international environment. I believe that this would be an exciting experience for my legal career and I am looking forward to making meaningful contribution to the firm.
