Message from Ms. Hiroko Kasama
It is a great honor to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
After qualifying as an attorney in 2013, I joined a domestic law firm, where I worked on a wide array of matters, including domestic and international M&A, corporate governance, and litigation related to corporate law. When working on those matters, I always strove to understand the true intentions of my clients and to work with them in good faith. To further broaden my knowledge, last year I went overseas to study at New York University School of Law, where I focused on the study of contract practices and corporate finance.
At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto I look forward to leveraging the experience I have gained to date and will strive to further develop my expertise to provide our clients with outstanding legal advice.
