Message from Mr. Shunsuke Imura
It is a great honor to join Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
After being admitted to the Japanese bar in 2012, I joined Soga Law Office, where I gained extensive experience working on a variety of matters, including cross-border transactions, M&A, litigation and dispute resolution, labor, risk management, trade law, and capital markets in relation to China and other various countries. In 2019, I studied at Columbia University in the United States, and after graduating, I joined Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP (New York office), where I acquired in-depth knowledge of contracts and corporate management practices concerning local companies.
At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I look forward to leveraging the experience I have gained to date, and will strive to further develop my professional expertise to support our clients.
