Message from Mr. Eugene Chao
My name is Eugene Chao, and I am excited to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo.
I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2015, and began my career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles, where I focused on M&A and other general corporate matters. In 2019, I was seconded for one year to Panasonic Corporation in Osaka and Yokohama, where I worked on various cross-border transactions.
It is a pleasure to be back in Japan, and I look forward to contributing to MHM’s growing international transactions group.
