Message from Mr. Siding Wu
I am honored to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
After passing the bar exam in Taiwan, I practiced law at the Taiwan Taipei District Court and then with Stellex Law Firm in Taiwan, where I was active in matters related to labor law, legal compliance, disputes and dispute resolution, and Japan-Taiwan international business, among other fields. In 2020, I enrolled in the Department of Commercial Law at the Graduate School of Law in Hitotsubashi University, where I focused on the field of labor law, including Japan’s labor tribunal system, and after completing my masters course I joined Mori Hamada Matsumoto.
I eagerly look forward to meeting and representing many new clients through the firm. I intend not only to take advantage of my experience dealing with Japan-Taiwan related matters but to also further consolidate my expertise in a broad range of areas and assist our clients as best as I can.
