Yuki Arakawa joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto and MHM Tax Advisory Services on June 1, 2024.
Mr. Arakawa handled a wide range of tax-related matters at Asahi Tax Corporation and Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co. In particular, he has abundant experience in the planning of business successions and inheritance measures and was in charge of calculating stock prices and developing structures for and supporting organizational restructuring, among other matters.
