Message from Janet Zhang
I graduated from Harvard Law School in 2018, and began my career at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York. In 2021, I joined the Tokyo office of Latham & Watkins, and moved to Japan. At both firms, my primary practice area was M&A, covering public and private acquisitions, growth equity investments, and other general corporate matters. I also have experience in IP transactions, data privacy, funds formation and maintenance, as well as internal investigation.
It is my pleasure to be joining Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, and I look forward to embarking on this new chapter with you.
