Cindy's core practice areas are corporate and commercial law, with a focus on competition law. She has assisted in M&As involving various industries such as energy, telecommunications, construction, mining, pharmaceutical, banking, and FinTech.

Cindy previously served as a government attorney with the Philippine Competition Commission, where she was involved in the evaluation of M&As concerning various industries. Prior to joining the Philippine Competition Commission, she worked as a taxation and corporate lawyer where she advised clients on the corporate and tax implications of various transactions and represented clients before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Philippine courts.
