Introduction
Noboru Suwa has been involved in various structured finance transactions since 1998, including those of real properties directly or through TBIs, and debt financing for a J-REIT and other prominent clients. He also practices in other areas of finance, advising on PPP and other schemes for a government-sponsored institution and factoring transactions for a Japanese major bank.
