Mori Hamada has advised T&D Holdings, in a consortium with Allianz and BlackRock, on the approx. EUR3.5 billion acquisition of a majority stake in Viridium Group , a German life insurance holding company, from Cinven, marking the largest transaction in the European insurance sector in recent times.
