Our firm represented Tokyo Century in its transition to a joint ownership structure of Aviation Capital Group with ITOCHU Corporation through the transfer of shares in the holding company of Aviation Capital Group, a U.S.-based aircraft leasing company owned by the Tokyo Century group (transaction value: approximately US$1.946 billion).
