Message from Mr. Kitano
My name is Takao Kitano, and I am honored to join Mori Hamada & Matsumoto’s Osaka Office.
After graduating from university, I worked at a foreign investment bank in the area of financial advisory services. I then decided to become a lawyer in the field of corporate law, an area which requires legal and financial knowledge to handle complicated matters. After qualifying as an attorney in 2011, I joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu where I worked on finance-related matters, and subsequently, I joined Kitahama Partners in Osaka where I gained experience in various matters regarding M&A, cross-border investments and disputes, principally for clients in the Kansai region.
I look forward to leveraging the experience I have gained so far and further developing my expertise to offer the best solutions for our clients.
