Introduction

Over his more than 10 years of experience as an M&A lawyer, Takao has been engaged in a wide range of international transactions, including cross-border M&A transactions, formation of joint ventures, and various consultations for Japanese companies entering or exiting overseas markets.
Based on his unique experience studying in the universities in the US and working at US top tier investment banks for many years, Takao provides strategically focused legal advice to his international clients.
Takao has been involved in a great number of venture capital investment projects mainly in the US and Asia. Also, he is actively involved in seminars and writings on venture investment contract practice.
