Introduction
Masahito Saeki is engaged in various fields of finance – particularly in real estate investments, the fluidization and securitization of real estate and other assets, REITs, and infrastructure fund businesses. He is also actively engaged in cross-border transactions, including overseas investments by Japanese companies and Japanese investments by foreign capital.

Acquisition of one property located in Japan by Daiwa House Logistics Trust (S-REIT)
Acquisition of 40% stake in SCCP Group Holdings Pte. Ltd., a parent company of Japan Hotel REIT Advisors Co., Ltd., manager of Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation, by CapitaLand Investment Limited through its wholly owned subsidiary
Registration of Wealth Realty Management Inc. as a licensed investment manager and execution of an asset management agreement with an STO fund through a beneficiary certificate issuing trust scheme backed by the Hotel Ibis Osaka Umeda
