Introduction
Stan Yukevich has extensive experience in advising clients on complex and strategic transactions across various industries. He has represented major Japanese and global corporations in their mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestures, and investments domestically and internationally.

He is highly regarded by prominent legal directories, such as Chambers and The Legal 500, for his M&A expertise and corporate governance knowledge.

Stan instructs courses on drafting of business contracts at Temple Law School's Tokyo campus and on M&A at Hitotsubashi University's Graduate School of Law. He also has lectured on M&A topics at Waseda University. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
