I am a finance and corporate lawyer and have been in private practice for over 40 years. The first 30 years were spent at Linklaters in London, Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. After that I spent four years as a partner in the leading international firm in Tokyo, Morrison & Foerster. My current practice focus is ASEAN frontier markets as well as Japan. I am a member of the International Committee of The Law Society of England and Wales. My focus is the regulation of foreign lawyers in Asia.
