Yudai Matsuda is an Associate at Chandler Mori Hamada in the Corporate/M&A Practice Group. He primarily provides a wide range of legal advice to Japanese clients on their expansion into Thailand and on general corporate matters post-expansion. He also has extensive experience in cross-border investment fund transactions and Japanese financial regulations. Prior to joining Chandler Mori Hamada, he worked at the Tokyo office of a leading international law firm.
