Mori Hamada advised the business consortium composed of Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development Co., Ltd., Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd. on the Osaka Expo Park Area Revitalization Project, a landmark initiative to create a new sports and culture hub for Osaka and Kansai, anchored by a large-scale arena. A project implementation agreement was signed for this project on July 31, 2024.
