Mori Hamada, in collaboration with the Japan Private Equity Association (JPEA), has hosted study sessions for JPEA members regarding the latest practices and recent amendments related to private equity funds, including buyout funds. Based on the results of surveys conducted among JPEA members, Mori Hamada and JPEA have prepared a model agreement for investment limited partnership (JPEA Model Agreement) for a private equity fund (available in Japanese only).
