Our firm represented MUFG Bank and Societe Generale as mandated lead arrangers in its arrangement of project financing for a BESS project (30MW/130MWh) developed by Hexa Energy Services (I Squared Capital) in Tagawa-city, Fukuoka.
This is the first-ever project financing for BESS project developed under the Long Term Decarbonization Power Auction, which has made an epoch-making benchmark in Japanese market.
