于资本市场和M&A两方面获得国内顶尖实绩与评价。于资本市场方面，全面处理Global IPO等利用资本市场筹措资金的案件，在处理大型案件、首批案件上占据业界的压倒性份额。于M&A方面，以TMT（数字新媒体产业）及General Industry为中心，为TOB经营统合提供法律意见。除交易案件外，还大量参与以不正当财务问题为中心的危机应对案件、股东积极主义应对及纠纷解决案件。
